Research Status

1. Hi-tech Research and Development Program of China (National 863 Project), “All optical stack buffer and all optical 3R regeneration” Jan. 2009-Dec. 2010, Principle Investigator.

The objective of the project is to achieve an all optical stack buffer system controlled automatically by the optical packets entered the network node.

2. Hi-tech Research and Development Program of China (National 863 Project), “100GSamples/s all optical analog to digital conversion technology”, Aug. 2007-Dec. 2009, Principle Investigator

The objective of the project is to achieve an all optical analog to digital conversion system based on polarization-differential interference, with ultrahigh sampling ratio and wide bandwidth.
